Before working for Danny Koker and his television fame, Mike was working as a repairman in a trailer park up in Michigan. When he decided to relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada, he was making money through his airbrush art, making customized plates and T-shirts for locals and tourists. But those humble beginning eventually turned into a real success.

Count’s Kustoms is a tight-knit shop with the rest of the crew comprising from Kevin, Scott, and of course the main man and owner Danny. The business was running way before it made to TV screens. But when they got the contract with History network, their popularity skyrocketed.

Counting Cars season 1 debuted in 2012 and it was an instant success. Second season reached 3 million viewers per episode and the series finale made it #1 among all cable TVs in the 9PM time slot. Ratings remained high and History was cashing in heavily.

There was an unexpected gap after 2018’s season 8 though. Some people though that maybe the show is over but Counting Cars is coming back in 2020 and with it all your favorite characters. First episode of season 9 is being broadcast on June 3rd, 2020.
